This is a good insight about the effects of environment on our behavior.
I used to study interior design and should have paid attention to this point more and more. My education was almost just on concepts and aesthetics. Sure that the main purpose of design school is to give us a proper design skills, but let's face it, pure design skills are getting more obsolete with incredible speed. Designers, and also business people, might have to have a skill to get something behind surface in this fast moving era.
