What is creativity? Individual or teamwork?
Creativity seems to be easily defined in general meaning. It might be able to be defined as something related with artistic activity and there are a lot of anecdotes about “lone genius”.
However, recently creative processes have been regarded as teamwork. IDEO would be one of the most famous advocators of the belief.
Anyway, what is creativity?
There are many sets of traits for creative people, such as “32 traits of creative people” , “The Top 10 Traits of Creative People”, “The Creative Personality” etc. They might be right, but they seem to be for lone genius, and if creativity is expanded through collaboration, we would need to reconsider the required skill set to be creative.
